Finding Reggie outside but not entering the house, Maya asked what was wrong. Reggie confessed that he felt different from everyone else because he didn't resemble his mom. In response, Maya took him to a flower field in the rain and asked him to choose the most beautiful flower. After taking his time to pick a single flower, Maya declared that the most beautiful flower was Reggie. The rain stopped, and under a slightly brighter sky, Maya gently hugged a tearful Reggie, expressing her love for him.
