Jay Jay and his friends are preparing for a trip to the Rivertown Fair, but Herky suddenly comes down with Upsy Downosis, a cold that causes planes to fly upside down. Herky attempts to hide his illness from everyone so he won't stay home until he learns it's best to let someone know you're not feeling well.
