In this video I feed the pet bass by dragging a small shad across the top of the grass and they destroy them. This is one of my favorite ways to feed them because it is exciting and makes for great footage.

Bass Love Gizzard Shad!
In this video I catch a bunch of gizzard shad with my cast net and then feed them to the pet bass in the pond. The shad were easy to catch and the bass were really hungry and devoured them!

In this video, I have a bag full of big shad and feed them to the bass, catfish and turtles. The bass love jumping out of the water to inhale the shad.

Bass Love Salamanders!!
I bought one dozen waterdogs (salamander larvae) to feed the bass at a local bait store. Big bass apparently love them so I wanted to see if my pet bass would eat them. They loved them and ate them as soon as they hit the water.
