Billy is really excited about entering a model boat in a boat building competition. When he learns that Pops had built an award winning boat for last year's contest, borrows Pops' boat and enters it in the competition. The boat wins first prize, but Paula and Lisa help Billy understand that entering Pops' boat was breaking the rules and just wasn't fair to the others. Billy returns the prize money and learns a lesson about fairness and honesty.
