On my last day in Florida, me and Blacktiph decided to fish some ponds with Mike and Ryan to catch our first snakehead. Snakehead are an invasive species from Asia and have spread into parts of the eastern US. It started off pretty slow with Josh only catching one small one at first but the action picked up throughout the day. We were throwing frogs using braid and heavy leader to protect from the snakehead's sharp teeth. It was epic watching them surface and inhale the frog and then setting the hook on them. I also caught a gar with my bare hands that had eaten my frog just sitting on the bottom.

The T.Rex fishing videos are back with this big channel catfish on a fly rod! I was using a 5 weight fly rod and a bread fly meant to resemble a fish pellet. This costume is really hot and I do not recommend wearing it in the Texas heat.
