In this video I show how I would rig up to catch the smaller gar species (spotted, longnose and shortnose). I ended catching about 10 gar and a bowfin in the bayou this day.

8 Foot Alligator Gar!
In this video I am fishing for alligator gar at the trinity river in Texas and hook up to the biggest gar I’ve ever caught. The fish was 8 feet long and had a 44 inch girth which weighs an estimated 247lbs.

Turtles Love Strawberries!
In this video I feed the bass shad and also get a package of strawberries for the turtles. The fish ate really well and the turtles loved the strawberries!
