The Super Pets are visiting Paris when they meet a young girl called Stella, accompanied by her Papa. She has travelled a long distance to fulfill her greatest wish, to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately, the tower's elevator cannot run as a bad storm is expected. Jett and Donnie deliver a tram to the tower for Stella to ride to the top of the tower in.
