Jett delivers a special, hi-tech steering wheel to a girl, Nailah, in Cairo, Egypt. It's for her race quad, Pepper. They're in an off-road race that takes them all over the Sahara Desert. Trouble arises when Golden Boy, who's teamed up with Mambo the Monster Truck, spots Jett in the race with Nailah and Pepper. Now Jett will need new Super Wing Leo and Leo Pet's help to save the day!
