Jett flies to Paris, France, and delivers a telescope to a girl named Amélie. Amélie is at the very crowded Louvre Museum with her mom and needs the telescope to see the most famous work of art in the world: the Mona Lisa. But things go awry when the Mona Lisa is stolen...and Amélie's mom disappears, too! Amélie's sad until a mysterious secret agent codenamed Owl shows up and she and Jett help her search for the thief. They discover that Golden Boy is the culprit, and he's about to make a clean getaway until Astra comes to help. Using her High-Tech Power, Amélie and Jett become secret agents and help Agent Owl track down the Mona Lisa, returning it to the Louvre Museum and making sure that its most treasured artwork is back where it belongs!
