Reggie goes to the riverbank for breakfast. After eating clams, he attempts to catch fish in the river when suddenly another dinosaur enters the water - it's Joy, the red Tyrannosaurus. Fascinated by Reggie's wild nature, Reggie enjoys rough play, breaking branches and stones together. Later, Joy and Reggie join Kenny and the others. Kenny and the group are happy to see Reggie, but Reggie loses his sanity and attempts to eat them. However, Reggie regains his senses due to Kenny and the others' pleas and convinces Joy not to eat them. Just as Joy is told by his mother to return home, he leaves the scene. Although Kenny and the others were shocked by the close encounter with being eaten by Reggie, they eventually decide to forgive Reggie for protecting them.
