A blizzard hits, leaving Hoppy lost. Cheep, Wolfy, Foxtail, and Meowser form a chain, holding each other's hands tightly so they won't get separated. Together, they navigate through the snow to find Hoppy. Friendship and teamwork can overcome any obstacle.
