Before Storm can fix it, Jett is called on a mission and warned he won't be able to call in for help until the dish is fixed. Jett delivers a robot puppy (Happy) to a little girl named Lien in Singapore. Happy has amazing abilities but Lien wanted a real puppy, not a robot.
