Do you like slimes? For a while, I was afraid to make slime with children. I guess, like a lot of parents, I wanted to avoid the mess. But smooshing and squeezing slime looks like an enjoyable sensory activity with a splash of chemistry. So I searched for simple recipes of non-toxic slimes that make a minimum mess. This one is the first one we tried that is easy to make with ingredients we found at home: cornstarch, hand wash, body lotion and food colouring. The slime is stretchy and soft, but we could easily cut it and even spread it like butter.
