When doing this activity, don’t forget to wash your hands after everything you touch and wear gloves when handling anything with mould and bacteria on it. You can change the variables to ones that suit you best but remember to leave one piece of bread fresh and untouched so you can compare the differences. Begin to make hypotheses on which one you will think will be the mouldiest and why?
