To make your art creation float you need just white board makers, a plate and some water. I have seen a few videos about this technique but they all seemed to require to much and didn't promise result. So here is the ultimate guide to make your drawings float. First you need regular fresh dry erase markers. Old ones usually do not work. Just test your magic water markers before you do the activity. Draw a circle with each marker on a plate, pour some water and if the circle floats, you are ready to go. You can use a piece of glass or laminated sheet, however I recommend using a regular plate. When you draw something, make sure you are colouring all the bits inside of the drawing, to make sure the drawing is strong enough to float. Blow to make your drawings move
