Tilt the board to move the marble! Can you make it through the labyrinth? Here is how to make your own marble maze game. Make as many different boards and mazes as you like, for hours of fun!
⭕ Materials:
- Cardboard
- Hot glue gun & glue
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Tape
- Coloured card
- Pen
- Marble
⭕ Instructions:
(1) To make your board, start with a square piece of cardboard and glue boarders around each edge.
(2) Next, glue 3 small pieces of cardboard together and secure them to the board. Repeat this until you have 3 plinths.
(3) With another piece of cardboard, measure 4, 3cm rectangles and use the ruler to score them.
(4) Fold them to make a square and tape it secure.
(5) Repeat step 3 and 4, then glue them on either side of the board.
(6) Taking another square piece of cardboard, glue a piece of coloured card on top.
(7) Use a pen and a ruler to draw a maze pattern. Then add strips of cardboard to each line with hot glue. Also, make sure to cut out a small square for the marble to fall into. (You can also add details like an arrow)
(8) Now, place your maze on the board. Add the marble and try to balance your way through to find the hole.
(9) Once your marble has fallen into the hole, you can easily remove the maze and start again. You can make lots of different mazes, simple or tricky, and easily replace them on the board!
