We are using a scientific method called chromatography to see what colours have been used by different manufacturers to make their black markers. Surprisingly black colour hides a bunch of bright colours.
To take the experiment a bit further, we used permanent market too, but it does not dissolve in water. This gave a topic for discussion with Max about what kind of markers we would use in deferent situations. If we want to be able to wash it easily with water afterwards or we want drawing to stay even if we take it outside and it rains.
