A boy, HENRI, is given a riding toy truck by his goofball Dad. It gets dirty, and Dad asks for the Super Wing's help when the car wash in his town, BANFF, CANADA, breaks down and they can't clean the dirty truck. Jett brings a Car Wash Kit to them and together they wash all the dirty cars/trucks in town. Trouble strikes when they try to wash a very dirty garbage truck and the huge amount of soap bubbles needed for the job causes the garbage truck to spin out of control into the ROCKIES. The spinning truck leaves a trail of garbage and bubbles in its wake. Dizzy arrives to help and she upgrades herself, Jett and HENRI with fancy windpowered vacuum and towing attachments, and in no time they have cleaned up the mountain mess.
