A passenger airplane bound for Italy has to make an emergency landing on World Aircraft. While the plane is being repaired, the Super Wings must play host to the alarmed, disoriented passengers. When Lime offers to prepare a meal for them to raise their spirits, Mano, a young boy passenger, makes a popular suggestion: pizza! But it's gonna take a BIG pizza to feed all of them! Mano, a big SW fan, enthusiastically offers to help Lime cook. But he needs a proper Chef's Uniform... which Jett, in the shortest delivery ever, gives to him. But when the Super Pets want to be assistant pizza-makers, too, things go a little haywire...resulting in a dangerous pizza crust dough tsunami! Luckily, the World Guardians are there to save the day! ... AND World Robot is able to turn the ocean of dough into the biggest pizza in history - cooking it to perfection over the Vesuvio volcano in Italy.
