Jett flies to Sainte-Marguerite Island, off the coast of France, and delivers an inflatable boat to a boy named Emile. Emile needs the boat to bring a giant robot statue that he made out of lemons to be a float in a parade in the town of Menton, where the annual Lemon Festival is happening. But things go awry when the robot sinks and gets tangled in seaweed. Donnie comes to help, and using his IRON Power, they turn Emile's creation into a lemon yellow submarine and get it to the parade to carry on the lemon float tradition!
