While exploring Osaka, Japan, the Super Pets accidentally get stuck in a giant flying carp streamer (aka koinobori) and rip a boy named Hiroto's own koinobori that he was bringing to the Children's Day Festival. So, Jett and Dizzy deliver Hiroto a huge koinobori, but the fish streamer is too big and heavy to carry to the festival. The solution? Ride it like an airplane!
