On the way back to the cave, as Reggie and Maya walked, snow began to fall. While Maya hurried to return to the cave, Reggie was delighted by the snow. Ignoring Maya's advice to return quickly, Reggie decided to play outside. Despite trying to invite Grace and Nemi to play, they declined, warning that playing in the snow at night could lead to catching a cold, as their parents had told them. Left alone, Reggie played in the snow, enjoying the moment. However, as the night grew colder, he eventually returned to the cave. By that time, he couldn't stop sneezing. The next morning, Grace and the others played in the snow, but Reggie was nowhere to be found. Reggie had caught a cold and was bedridden in the cave. Listening to the joyful laughter of Grace and the others playing outside, Reggie regretted not listening to Maya's advice.
