Join with Bobo and his kiddos, Prayer (8) and Zadok (6) on Bobo PE! They love to exercise and encourage other kids to get moving! Bobo’s goal is to help kids have healthy bodies and happy hearts! He tries to make exercise pun (ahem, FUN) with videogame workouts, unique moves, themes and plenty of jokes! These videos focus on basic to moderate flexibility, coordination, endurance and strength for pre-teen kids. You can use these videos for an at-home PE class or anytime you just need to burn some energy and have some fun!
