Miguel and Pops haven't worked together all day. Paula has noticed and asks Miguel what's wrong. Miguel explains that they've had a disagreement, but that Miguel apologized, so he's not sure what the problem is anymore. We use flashbacks to see Miguel, Paula, Lisa, and Edwin apologizing in different situations, but each one is missing at least one component of a good apology. In the end, they all figure out that an apology needs all four parts. Then Dr. Wonder comes in and makes a good apology to Billy before doing his closing speech. In his closing speech, Dr. Wonder explains how important it is to ask forgiveness of God and that, when we do, he is faithful to forgive us all our wrong doing.
