I recently got these snakes and thought I could catch some big fish with. The snakes work very well around brush and in and around lily pads. In my pond I caught the two small bass around two lbs but the 5 lber was landed in a farm pond.
This is a different angle at how the fish are caught in the sewer. It clearly shows the bass is alive and there is plenty if water to support them. At the end I unhooked it and threw em back down the drain. I was using shad for bait.
I caught this nice bass on a frog right before a storm hit. She inhaled it while I was twitching it and then got hung up in a bunch of weeds. It would not budge so I had to wade out and lip it and bring it in.
I caught this 8-10 lb channel cat in a retention pond using an ice fishing pole. I was using hot dogs and the reel is spooled with 10lb power pro braid. The fish didn't fight that well but it was still a challenge for the little pole. It was longer than the pole which is 24". Hopefully I can get ...
